Minister of Defence Mohamed Ghassan Maumoon has met with the head of Disaster and Emergency Management Authority of Turkiye (AFAD), H.E Okay MEMİŞ in the sidelines of APMCDRR 2024.
At the meeting, discussions were held on ways to enhance disaster management collaboration between the Maldives and Turkiye.
Minister Ghassan was accompanied by the Chief Executive of the NDMA Mr Hisan Hassan and other members of the delegation who are currently in Manila to attend APMCDRR 2024.
