His Excellency President Dr Mohamed Muizzu and His Excellency Shri Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, has inaugurated Dhoshimeyna Building, the new office premises of Ministry of Defence of the Maldives.
President Dr Muizzu welcomed Prime Minister Modi upon his arrival at the site. Prior to the inauguration, a video presentation showcasing the new premises was displayed.
The two leaders then jointly inaugurated the building and proceeded on a brief tour of the facility.
This state-of-the-art facility is a generous gift from the Government and the people of India, symbolizing the enduring friendship and robust partnership between India and the Maldives.
Dhoshimeyna Building stands as a testament to the deep-rooted bilateral ties and mutual commitment to regional peace, security, and cooperation.
